Our Special Situations Practice is one of the key practices in the firm. Its strategic growth and development are a direct response the uncertain legal and geopolitical landscape impacted by sanctions, regulatory pressures, and elevated litigation risks and as a result, the increasing volume of complex and unique transactions both in Russia and abroad.
The practice comprises a multi-disciplinary team which brings together finance, corporate, sanctions, and litigation expertise. This allows us to swiftly develop innovative, practical solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
