This multidisciplinary team structure provides a comprehensive understanding of the commercial, technical, and financial aspects of project execution, enabling effective risk mitigation, schedule management, and cost control. Our services cover the full project lifecycle—from strategy development and contract drafting, to securing financing (including under PPP arrangements such as concession agreements), monitoring contractual performance, managing contractor claims, supporting negotiations, and resolving disputes.
