• Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).

Experience

• Advising a major LNG producer and its subsidiaries in a number of large-scale disputes with its international contractors and third parties;
• Advising several high-net-worth individuals on various sanctions compliance matters and related proceedings in the EU, the UK and the US;
• Advising a client in connection with HKIAC arbitration and Russian litigation proceedings against its European contractor in connection with a construction of the LNG plant;
• Advising a bank in a dispute with a former beneficiary in the courts of England, France, Luxembourg, BVI and a number of other jurisdictions;
• Advising a bank in arbitration under the LCIA rules in respect of Loan Participation Notes;
• Representing a major private client in a series of complex large-scale bankruptcy procedures in different regions of Russia with a total amount of claims over 40 billion rubles;
• Representing numerous international clients operating in different jurisdictions on their contentious matters, investigations, litigation and arbitrations.
