Experience

• Representing the interests of Russian major clients in a number of large-scale disputes with foreign suppliers and contractors that arose as part of major construction projects under sanctions, including in international arbitration under the SCC, HKIAC, SAC and SIAC rules;
• Acting for a world leading mineral fertilizer and energy group in connection with various sanctions matters and restructuring financial indebtedness;
• Advising the sponsor of construction of the largest LNG project in CIS on various contractual, sanctions and regulatory matters;
• Restructuring of EPC contracts and project financing in the framework of the two largest projects for the construction of LNG production facilities;
• Representing a private Russian investment company in SIAC arbitration, initiated by company in connection with breach of SPA and deed of guarantee governed by English law;
• Representing a leading CIS natural gas supplier in ad hoc arbitration under UNCITRAL rules in connection with the price review under a long-term gas supply contract.
