Tigran advises on various aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, IP and general commercial matters. He has experience in advising clients in a number of joint ventures, cross-border and domestic M&A transactions as well as in conducting legal due diligence. Before joining E L W I, Tigran worked at the international law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

• Advised a major Russian TMT company in connection with acquisition of a Russian cybersecurity company;
• Represented a high-net worth individual in divestment of a majority stake in one of the largest car retail chains in Russia;
• Advised multiple Russian TMT and finance corporations in connection with acquisition of stakes in startups;
• Advised a number of major international and Russian companies in connection with corporate matters and general regulatory issues.
• Advised and represented LUKOIL in a broad range of projects, including:
• Acquisition of a stake in Enel Russia, the Russian subsidiary of a major international energy company;
• Acquisition of FC Spartak-Moscow, a major Russian football club;
• Acquisition of a major Russian gas station network of over 80 stations;
• Multiple joint ventures for development of oil and gas fields in Russia;
• Represented a confidential client in connection with acquisition of a Russian subsidiary of a major international insurance company and a network of clinics;
• Advised a group of investors in a potential acquisition of a distressed major Russian chemical producer for more than $1.3 billion;
• Advised UTair, a major Russia airline company, in refinancing and restructuring of its debt portfolio.
