• Representing one of the largest financial institutions in a dispute arising out of bank guarantees issued to secure the construction of a fertiliser plant in Kingisepp (total value of claims: approx. RUB 18.5 billion);
• Representing one of the largest Russian coal mining companies in complex construction contract proceedings (total value of claims: approx. RUB 2 billion);
• Representing a beneficial owner of a group of oil production companies in a corporate dispute that subsequently escalated into insolvency proceedings against the group (total value of the assets in dispute: approx. RUB 8 billion);
• Representing the Siemens group in SCC arbitration proceedings against a Russian oil production company (total value of claims: approx. RUB 5 billion);
• Representing a Russian investor in investment arbitration proceedings against a CIS state (total value of claims: approx. RUB 250 billion).
