Higher School of Economics, Master's degree (private law). St. Petersburg Law Institute (branch) of the University of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, Bachelor's degree, diploma with honors.

Experience

• Advising the borrower and the sponsors on project financing for the construction of the largest stainless-steel mill in the CIS totalling over RUB 150 billion;
• Representing the borrower and the sponsors in connection with the ongoing project financing for the construction of the largest LNG plant in the CIS and related contractual, sanctions and regulatory issues;
• Advising Nordgold on obtaining consents from Eurobond holders to amend the terms of the Eurobonds (consent solicitation) and issue of replacement bonds;
• Advising Sberbank in connection with restructuring the financial debt of the largest owner of office real estate in Moscow for a total amount of up to RUB 130 billion;
• Advising a major international fertiliser and energy group in connection with the restructuring of international financial debt, including derivatives and syndicated loans;
• Advising lenders (syndicate of banks) on a project for construction of an ammonia and urea production complex, including issues of loan and security documentation;
• Representing Russian subsidiaries of international banking groups in connection with transactions involving amendments to loan and security documentation entered into with companies managed by Raven Russia;
• Advising on a number of transactions involving the acquisition by a large financial and industrial holding company of Russian assets owned by foreign investors who decided to cease operations in Russia.
