• Advising a confidential client in connection with acquisition of IT group;
• Representing international industrial holdings in relation to the sale of their Russian assets and termination of their operations in Russia;
• Advising a gold mining company on resolution of a corporate conflict in a gold mining joint venture, including agreements on the division of assets and the termination of shareholder agreements;
• Representing international FMCG companies in relation to the sale of their Russian assets and termination of their operations in Russia;
• Advising private Russian investors in relation to the buyout of financial institutions from foreign partners;
• Representing one of the owners of a Russian retail company in relation to changes in the terms of the joint venture with its partners;
• Advising a private Russian seller in relation to the sale of a financial institution.
