• Representing one of Russia’s largest LNG projects in SIAC arbitration proceedings concerning the recovery of losses from a European contractor arising from non-delivery and delivery of defective equipment
• Representation of the sponsor of the largest LNG project in the CIS in emergency arbitration proceedings under the HKIAC Rules in connection with the unlawful retention of industrial equipment by the operator of an Asian port
• Advising a high-net-worth individual on engagement with a foreign regulatory authority in connection with the unfreezing of assets blocked pursuant to that authority’s directive, including the preparation of strategy and supporting submissions
• Advising private and corporate clients on the correction or removal of outdated or inaccurate information in international compliance databases (including World-Check and similar platforms)
