• Representing the sponsor of the construction of the largest GPP and LNG plant in the CIS in arbitration under the HKIAC rules and in Russian courts against a European contractor for the recovery of more than EUR billion, including obtaining the largest freezing order against the contractor's assets in Russia, as well as full satisfaction of the client's claims in the Russian court;
• Representing the sponsor the construction of the largest gas processing and LNG plants in the CIS in arbitration under ICC rules, as well as in the courts of Russia and England in disputes against the five largest European banks, with the recovery of more than EUR 1 billion under bank guarantees;
• Representing a major Russian engineering company in SAC arbitration proceedings against a European freight forwarder in connection with damage to a complex technical cargo during carriage;
• Representing one of the largest Russian banks in LCIA arbitration proceedings on the claim of investors for recovery of about USD 1 billion under a subordinated loan agreement;
• Representing a large Russian bank in LCIA proceedings concerning the recovery of several billion rubles pursuant to guarantee obligations, while simultaneously defending against parallel Russian court proceedings initiated by the respondent seeking an anti-suit injunction to prevent the continuation of the LCIA arbitration;
