• Representing coal trading company in a series of ICC and LCIA arbitrations in connection with termination / suspension of coal supply contracts by counterparties due to changes in sanctions regulation;
• Representing large mining company in ad hoc arbitration proceedings in connection with disputes arising out of long-term supply contracts suspended due to force-majeure;
• Advising a former senior executive of one of the largest state-owned Russian banks in connection with administrative reconsideration request to OFAC.
