• Representing the sponsor of the construction of the largest GPP and LNG plant in the CIS in arbitration under the HKIAC rules and in Russian courts against a European contractor for the recovery of more than EUR1bn, including obtaining the largest freezing order against the contractor’s assets in Russia , as well as full satisfaction of the client's claims in the Russian court;
• Representing the sponsor the construction of the largest gas processing and LNG plants in the CIS in arbitration under ICC rules, as well as in the courts of Russia and England in disputes against the five largest European banks, with the recovery of more than 1 billion euros under bank guarantees;
• Representing a Russian company (agent) in the AIAC arbitration proceedings and Russian courts against a major Malaysian offshore energy service provider (principal) in a dispute over the recovery of a multi-million dollar remuneration for facilitating contracts between the principal and one of the largest Russian oil and gas companies;
• Representing a shareholder of a Russian company before the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in the special procedure for the distribution of the corporate assets discovered after the company’s liquidation;
• Advising a major Chinese cellulose manufacturer in ICAC arbitration against a Russian equipment purchaser;
• Representing an Italian supplier of railway transportation equipment in a Russian court in a dispute with the buyer of the equipment;
• Advising a subsidiary of the China Development Bank on issues of ICAC jurisdiction and foreclosure of a major Russian timber company’s shares;
• Advising one of the largest Russian banks on a strategy for bringing claims against a US company, which is a major international developer of virtualization software;
• Representing a large Russian bank in a dispute in the LCIA regarding the recovery of several billion rubles under aguarantee obligation.
