Experience

• Defending foreign companies in four parallel proceedings concerning the implementation of elite real estate development projects in Moscow with the total amount of claims exceeding USD 120 million;
• Advising a company on obtaining the interim measures amounting to USD 124 million in support of an application for injunction to continue foreign proceedings;
• Representing a Lithuanian company in the enforcement proceedings of the Kaunas district court’s judgement in Russia;
• Representing a Russian oil holding company and its former general director in cases of bankruptcy of subsidiaries and related disputes with a major creditor, a foreign investment bank, whose amount of claims included in the register of each of the debtors, exceeded 5 billion rubles;
• Representing the ex-spouse in the dispute on division of spousal property, including foreign assets, with the total amount of USD 300 million;
• Advising a state corporation on the different aspects of Czech insolvency of its subsidiaries and settlement procedure;
• Advising administrators of a Russian bank’s subsidiary on Russian tort law issues in the proceedings before the High Court of Justice;
• Representing a company in a labor dispute against the claim of the former general director for reinstatement at work, for recovery of due wages in the total amount of RUB 250 million;
• Advising a company in a dispute under the prosecutor’s claim on seizure of the company’s assets with allegedly unidentified source of origin.
