• Advising Alfa-Bank on the acquisition of JSC Pushkinsky (which includes the 'Rossiya' cinema at Pushkinskaya Square) and KARO FILM Sevastopolsky Ltd.;
• Advising Natixis S.A. on the sale of 100% of the shares of JSC Natixis Bank, its Russian subsidiary;
• Advising Joyson Safety Systems on the sale of its 100% subsidiary Joyson Safety Systems Rus LLC in favour of MGC Group;
• Advising on the acquisition of Angolan companies, including comprehensive support in structuring the offtake contract;
• Advising on the obtaining the status of an economically significant organization (ESO) in accordance with No. 470-FZ;
• Advising a diversified investment holding company on the acquisition of one of the leading producers of base paper and sanitary and hygienic products in Russia, including advising on obtaining FAS approval;
• Advising the Russian subsidiary of a Swedish hydraulic hose supplier on the management buyout process aimed at preserving its business in Russia;
• Advising private investors from Europe and the U.S. on the conversion of depositary receipts of Gazprom and Surgutneftegas into shares of a Russian issuer;
