• Advising a syndicate of lenders, including VEB.RF and Promsvyazbank, on the project financing of JSC KAMA, developer of Russia's "Atom" electric vehicle, including the associated software
• Advising VEB.RF and VTB on the project financing of the Sukhodol specialised coal seaport (12 million tonnes per annum) in the Russian Far East
• Advising VEB.RF and Sberbank on the project financing of the development of the Korbalikhinskoye polymetallic mine and the reconstruction of the Rubtsovsk processing plant
• Advising a syndicate of six banks on the restructuring of the indebtedness of a refractory materials producer, consolidating 19 bilateral credit facilities into a single syndicated facility agreement
