• Representation of interests of RusChemAlliance LLC in Russian courts and the HKIAC against companies of the Linde group;
• Representation of interests of RusChemAlliance LLC in Russian courts and the ICC against German banks;
• Legal assistance in bankruptcy proceedings of legal entities and individuals, including a large construction company;
• Advising a major Russian insurance company on the prospects of initiating proceedings against foreign persons in Russian courts;
• Representing one of the largest Russian gas producers in SIAC arbitration against foreign contractors.
