• Representing clients in disputes with foreign suppliers and contractors that arose as part of major construction projects, including international arbitration under the МКАС, HKIAC and SIAC rules;
• Representing CIS and international companies in contractual and tort disputes in Russian courts;
• Advising large international and CIS companies on sanctions risks and compliance relating to transactions and complex multi-jurisdictional projects, as well as asset restructuring, under the laws of various jurisdictions;
• Representing a number of large CIS companies in corporate, tort and contractual disputes in foreign courts and international arbitration.
