• Advising several high-net-worth individuals on various sanctions compliance matters and related proceedings in the EU, the UK and the US;
• Representing the interests of CIS customers in disputes with foreign suppliers and contractors that arose as part of major construction projects, including international arbitration under the SCC, HKIAC and SIAC rules;
• Acting for a world leading mineral fertilizer and energy group in connection with various sanctions matters and restructuring financial indebtedness;
• Advising the sponsor of construction of the largest LNG project in CIS on various contractual, sanctions and regulatory matters;
• Restructuring of EPC contracts and project financing in the framework of the two largest projects for the construction of LNG production facilities;
• Advising a Russian bank in a dispute with a former beneficiary in the courts of England, France, Luxembourg, BVI and a number of other jurisdictions;
• Advising a confidential borrower in connection with international project finance for the largest ammonia and urea in CIS;
• Representing a major Russian bank in the Russia's largest comprehensive settlement of disputes with a Russian leading financial and industrial group;
• Representing a major private client in a series of complex large-scale bankruptcy procedures in different regions of Russia with a total amount of claims over 40 billion rubles;
• Representing numerous international clients operating in CIS on their contentious matters, investigations, litigation and arbitration.
