She has extensive experience in supporting investment projects, as well as foreign trade projects (supply, transport and freight forwarding contracts).

• Representing a major Middle Eastern sovereign wealth fund in its acquisition of a stake in the holding company of the concessionaire of a toll highway in St. Petersburg and related shareholder arrangements;
• Supporting and advising on an industrial technology licence agreement with a Chinese counterparty worth over USD 8 million;
• Supporting and advising on Feasibility study, PDP, tolling, R&D contracts with Chinese and Russian counterparties;
• Supporting and advising on offtake agreements and sale and purchase agreements concerning large logistics assets (over USD 90 million);
• Supporting and advising on time charter, bareboat charter, voyage charter (dry and liquid cargo) agreements with foreign counterparties (UAE, PRC (Hong Kong), Turkey);
• Advising on challenging the decision of Lithuanian customs authorities on the company's sanctions status and freezing of cargoes in transit;
• Advising on contractual schemes and project support for the creation of a logistics platform within the framework of a production facility under construction.
