Dmitry has more than 10 years of experience working for major law firms, including international law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher and specializes in international commercial and investment arbitration as well as arbitration-related litigation. He acted as counsel on record in over 20 commercial and investment arbitrations (ICC, ICSID, LCIA, ad hoc, etc.). Dmitry is a qualified advocate in France and Russia.

 
Dmitry has been recognized among Top 10 Young Arbitration Practitioners by RAA-40 and featured in ‘Best Lawyers’ list in the category “Ones to Watch” in International Arbitration for 2023-2025. • Successful representation of two Iranian State banks in an ad hoc investment arbitration against the Kingdom of Bahrain (Bank Melli Iran and Bank Saderat Iran v. Kingdom of Bahrain);
• Successful representation of a Turkish oil transshipment company in an ICSID arbitration against the Republic of Kazakhstan and the subsequent ICSID annulment proceedings (Aktau Petrol Ticaret A.Ş. v. Repubic of Kazakhstan);
• Successful representation of American and British investors in an ICSID arbitration against the Republic of Kazakhstan (Devincci Salah Hourani and Issav. Republic of Kazakhstan);
• Successful representation of the Kyrgyz Republic in an ad hoc investment arbitration, Penwell Business Limited v. Kyrgyz Republic (largest investment arbitration victory in the history of independent Kyrgyzstan);
• Successful representation of the Kyrgyz Republic in an ad hoc investment arbitration, National Center on Complex Processing of Mineral Raw Materials of the Republic of Kazakhstan v. Kyrgyz Republic;

• Successful representation of a Russian State-owned company in an arbitration under the auspices of the Vienna International Arbitration Center against a consortium of Italian companies in relation to a construction project in Africa;
