Dina specializes in complex cross-border and Russian transactions, restructurings, and other projects. Her expertise includes advising on M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate and financial restructurings, and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, SPOs, and offerings of debt securities and hybrid instruments, as well as advising on the establishment and development of financial infrastructure in emerging markets and issues related to U.S., EU and UK sanctions compliance. Before joining E L W I, Dina worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in Moscow and Abu Dhabi. She holds an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School and is admitted to practice as an attorney in the State of New York and as a solicitor in England and Wales. In 2021, Dina was recognized as a leading lawyer in the field of capital markets by The Legal 500 EMEA.

- a Finnish SOE in connection with a RUB 1 billion sale of its Russian logistics business;
- one of the largest mass media and entertainment conglomerates in the world in connection with the liquidation of its joint venture in Russia;
- Advising one of the largest Middle-Eastern sovereign wealth funds (SWFs) in connection with a U.S.$ 250 million investment in an American luxury department store chain;
- Advising JSC Transmashholding, LLC “LocoTech Service” and its beneficial owners in connection with the combination of their businesses;
- Advising the Russian Federation and PJSC “ALROSA” in connection with a Rule 144A / Reg. S RUB 52.2 billion accelerated bookbuild SPO;
- Advising Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company – Luberef in connection with a Reg. S U.S.$ 1.32 billion IPO on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) (International Equity Capital Markets Deal of the Year);

- Advising an emerging market stock exchange in connection with the establishment of a multilateral trading facility in one of the international financial centers;
- Advising a creditor on the structuring of payments under a EUR 1 billion credit facility agreement entered into with a foreign SOE and payments under a guarantee issued by the ministry of finance of a foreign country.
