• Representing a Russian retail issuer in connection with the pre-IPO and planned initial public placement of ordinary shares listed on the Moscow Exchange;
• Advising a syndicate of lenders in connection with the project finance of a borrower undertaking the development of an electric vehicle, including the necessary software;
• Advising a syndicate of lenders on project financing for the construction of a specialized seaport;
• Advising a major Russian bank on a loan exceeding 3 billion rubles to a borrower in the healthcare sector;
• Advising Russian issuers on public offerings, including communication with the Bank of Russia;
