• Representing the interests of Russian major clients in a number of large-scale disputes with foreign suppliers and contractors that arose as part of major construction projects under sanctions, including in international arbitration under the SCC, HKIAC, SAC and SIAC rules;
• Representing a confidential borrower and sponsors in connection with on-going project finance for the construction of the largest LNG plant and related matters;
• Advising a project company and sponsors in connection of the development of one of the largest copper deposits in the world, related bridge loan and on-going project finance;
• Representing an independent Russian gas producer in connection with successful liability management through consent solicitation and redemption of U.S.$1,000,000,000 Eurobond and related matters;
• Representing an international mining group in connection with an on-going liability management exercise in respect of two Eurobond issuances;
• Representing a leading construction group in relation to successful liability management exercise in respect of its U.S.$525,000,000 Guaranteed Notes;
• Advising a majority lender in connection with restructuring of financial indebtedness of one of the largest commercial estate owners and related matters;
• Advising a leading mineral fertilizer and energy group in connection with restructuring its international financial indebtedness including derivatives and syndicated loans;
• Advising one of the largest private banks in connection with restructuring of its two perpetual Eurobonds and trustee replacement.
