• Advising Citibank regarding development and implementation of various instruments and related products for trade finance (factoring, supply chain finance, guarantees, etc.);
• Advising Bashneft on pre-export financing in the amount of USD 600 mln provided by BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank AG, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and ING Group;
• Representing the Nakhodka Commercial Sea Port in connection with the development of long-term contracts for the transshipment of bulk cargo on “supply or pay” terms;
• Representing RDIF in connection with the development of agreements for the storage and transshipment of liquefied gas and light petroleum products between the stevedore Sibur-Portenergo LLC (Ust-Luga) and a number of its key clients on a “supply or pay” basis;
• Advising a Middle Eastern port operator in connection with the acquisition of the FESCO group (including Vladivostok Sea Commercial Port and FESCO);
