• Advising large international and CIS companies on sanctions policies, sanctions risks in concluding and executing transactions and implementing complex multi-jurisdictional projects, asset restructuring, as well as issues of export restrictions of various states;
• Advising several high-net-worth individuals on various sanctions compliance matters and related proceedings in the EU, the UK and the US;
