Experience

• Advising in commercial proceedings before the High Court of Ireland between two large Russian chemical fertilizer producers in relation to a corporate dispute involving a former Irish subsidiary of one of the parties (as in-house counsel);
• Advising in two separate ad hoc investment arbitrations between a Central Asian State and foreign investors in a gas pipeline and a security printing project;
• Advising in investment arbitration proceedings under the ICSID Additional Facility Rules between a Central Asian State and four Uzbek State-owned companies in relation to alleged expropriation of several hospitality projects;
• Advising in two separate commercial arbitration proceedings under the ICC Rules in relation to construction disputes.
