• Dina Iskanderova specializes in complex cross-border and Russian transactions, restructurings, and other projects.
  Her expertise includes advising on M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate and financial restructurings, and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, SPOs, and offerings of debt securities and hybrid instruments, as well as advising on the establishment and development of financial infrastructure in emerging markets and issues related to U.S., EU and UK sanctions compliance.
  Before joining E L W I, Dina worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in Moscow and Abu Dhabi.
  She holds an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School and is admitted to practice as an attorney in the State of New York and as a solicitor in England and Wales.
