We are pleased to announce that Marat Gainutdinov has joined E L W I as Counsel in the Banking & Finance practice.
Marat brings over 10 years of experience from the international law firm Freshfields, where he worked in Moscow and Dubai, and specializes on banking and finance, with particular expertise in project finance and acquisition finance transactions. He also advises on debt restructuring and capital markets transactions.
Marat's experience includes advising major Russian banks, as well as leading international and Russian companies in industry, construction and trade sectors.
